TempShield is an additional thermal insulation solution designed to preserve the internal temperature of your cargo area. Made of a crosslinked closed cell polyolefin foam, TempShield boasts the lowest thermal conductivity level of any flexible insulation material – meaning it’s good at keeping the cold out. Cut to fit between the ribs of your van, TempShield is easy to install, and extremely effective in insulating.

Goodbye Spray foam insulation
TempShield boasts our most impressive insulating qualities to date, especially when combined with our DuraTherm interior liners.
This is due in part to the vehicle specific design. Whereas DuraTherm rests along the metal ribs of the van, TempShield is installed directly between the wall cavities, creating a complimentary insulation solution.
With a thermal conductivity measurement of 0.032 W/m°K (23°C), TempShield crushes comparable solutions on the market.
Peel & Place Installation
TempShield solves the headache of spray foam installation by deploying a simple Peel & Place installation process.
Factory applied adhesive backing means installation can be done in three steps:

Line up insulation to correct wall

TempShield can only be ordered as a complete kit. A complete kit includes Wall, Ceiling, and Door insulation.
Simply unpeel the adhesive back of each piece and apply to the. There are numbers on each piece for correct install placement. Visit our resource centre for more information.
The insulation value is very comparable – however TempShield eliminates the headache of the installation of spray foam. It also reduces the install time thanks to the prefabricated cut pieces.
