BaseAir is an economy flooring solution. Made from a polypropylene core (PP) and covered with a TPO anti-slip topskin, BaseAir is an appropriate solution for low impact applications. Because of it’s non-rigid structure BaseAir may be susceptible to damage from heavyweight freight or extensive overuse. Appropriate for low impact applications.

HONEYCOMB INTERIOR STRUCTURE
The interior core of BaseAir is comprised of a honeycomb, low-density polypropylene structure. The honeycomb pattern allows for impressive weight resistance while remaining lightweight.
This is due to the efficient distribution of weight and energy absorption provided by the unique shape.
Superior to Plywood
Plywood has been the go-to material for lining cargo vans for a long time. It’s rigid, seems readily available and is cheap. But it’s also got a short lifecycle.
Our composite floors on the other hand are robust, heavy-duty and proven to outlast and outperform plywood.
