Your pricing is immediately updated as you achieve a new tier. If you fail to meet the tier spend you are currently in, you will be bumped down to the corresponding tier on January 1 of the upcoming year.
Upon enrolling in the Rewards system, your points total will be 0. Points will be allocated as you make orders through the Portal – not beforehand.
